First Post Of Many

Hello everyone! This is the first blog post of mine and I'm so excited to share with you the inner mechanisms of my mind. I will simply just talk about things that have been on my mind or go into depth about my favorite media. It's basically just a glorified journal for me that other people can read. I really just needed an outlet for my thought that other people can comment on. And the font will be in light blue as it is my entire personality. Thank you, dear reader, for joining me on this journey that will transcend time and space (until I get bored of it).

     I took a trip to New York with some friends and a professor recently. The main reason for the trip was to visit the brand new Korean Culture Center that had JUST opened up the week before we got there. We took a tour around the building (well, only the finished rooms), and they had a library and a kitchen and a traditional Korean welcome room with heated floors. They also invited us to watch a Korean film in their theater room. The movie was called "Past Lives".      The movie started out with two girls deciding their English names, for reason they have yet to figure out. LGBT Books for Pride Month pt.2 - except it's July but it doesn't matter cause pride month is every month for me

Hey... Hey... How y'all doing...? I know I'm late, but in my defense I was very lazy and unmotivated. I had this whole plan to read 4 books for pride month and I only got through two, one of which wasn't even on the list of books I wanted to read (and it was a graphic novel too). And that's the book this post is about! Time for another 2am rant about a gay book I read! So the book this post is about is called "Check Please!" by Ngozi Ukazu (a Nigerian author who has another graphic novel coming out this year), but specifically the second book in the series.  P.S. as I was doing my research I saw that it started off as a Webtoon so please read it on there if you can! The second book starts off during Eric "Bitty" Bittle's third year at Samwell as a member of the hockey team.
